The Texas Notary Training Forum was founded by Martin & Barbara Renteria.
Martin & Barbara have been in the notary loan signing business for over 20 years.
Martin & Barbara began their career in California as notaries public. From there, they received their first loan signing from a title office in Florida in the year 2000. In 2002, they took the first industry certification course from the National Notary Association.
To date, they have been involved in nearly 10,000 signings, including refinances, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages, purchase and seller packages, tax loans, auto title, loan modifications, annuity settlements, debt settlement, among many others.
After moving to Texas in 2008, they quickly realized the minimal level of training a notary in Texas receives. For this reason, they established the Texas Notary Training Forum.
The Texas Notary Training Forum is geared for the beginning and experienced notary to fully understand the various rules and regulations that a Texas notary must know. This curriculum extends to what a Texas notary must know to perform as a Signing Agent.
